Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of izeeva (the "Service"), operated by Beiusanu Horia-Paul PFA (CUI 51276117), a sole trader (PFA) established in București, Romania("izeeva", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

izeeva is an AI-assisted nutrition companion that suggests healthier versions of dishes, estimates nutritional information, and helps build meal plans. The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

2. Not medical advice

izeeva does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Nutritional figures and suggestions are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a doctor or registered dietitian before making decisions about your health, and never rely on the Service for allergy, medical, or dietary-restriction safety.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions, billing & renewal

Every account begins with a one-time free trial subject to usage limits. The trial allotment does not reset or renew monthly — once it is used up, a paid subscription is required to keep using the Service. Paid plans (Starter and Professional) are billed monthly in EUR through our payment processor.

• Early-access pricing applies at least to your first month. We may, at our sole discretion, choose to keep the discounted price for additional months, but this is not guaranteed: by default, after the first month the subscription automatically renews each month at the standard price shown on the pricing page (Starter €20/month; Professional €50/month) until cancelled.
• Renewal continues automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Changing plans. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing portal. Upgrading charges the full price difference between the plans immediately; downgrading issues a credit for the difference toward your future invoices. Your new plan price then applies from the next billing cycle.
• We may change prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to renewals after the notice period.
• Custom plans are arranged separately by agreement.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; using it for unlawful purposes; reselling access; or submitting content you have no right to submit.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its branding, and its software are owned by izeeva. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to operate and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, izeeva is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
