Terms of Service

izeeva is an AI-assisted nutrition app for iOS and Android. It helps you log what you eat, estimates nutritional information, answers questions about food, reads meal photos, and builds meal plans. Parts of the Service are produced by AI models from other companies, which you agree to separately in the app and can withdraw at any time (see our Privacy Policy). The Service is provided for general informational purposes only.

izeeva does not provide medical, dietary, or health advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Nutritional figures and suggestions are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a doctor or registered dietitian before making decisions about your health, and never rely on the Service for allergy, medical, or dietary-restriction safety. AI-generated answers, photo estimates and meal plans can be wrong; check anything that matters to your health.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

izeeva has one plan, izeeva Premium, a subscription that renews every month. Without an active Premium subscription or a trial, the app's features are not available; everything you have logged is kept and is there again when you subscribe.

Buying

Premium is bought inside the app, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The price is shown in the app before you confirm, in your local currency and including any taxes that apply. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm the purchase.

Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically each month at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.

Managing and cancelling

You manage and cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings (the app links there from Profile). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting the app or your izeeva account does not cancel a store subscription.

What Premium includes

Premium comes with a daily allowance (for example, chat messages, meal photos read and meal plan days written), shown in the app before you buy and in Profile. The allowance refills at midnight where you are; anything unused is not carried over. We may adjust the allowance, and will tell you in the app before a reduction applies to a period you have not yet paid for.

Trials

We may offer a free trial at our discretion. There are two kinds. A free trial offered in the app through the App Store or Google Play is part of the subscription: when it ends, the store charges the monthly price and the subscription renews as above, unless you cancel in your store settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The paywall shows its length and the price before you start it, and the stores allow one per person. A trial we grant you ourselves is free and simply ends; it never turns into a paid subscription by itself.

Price changes

We may change the price with advance notice. The App Store and Google Play tell you before a new price applies to a renewal, and ask for your agreement where their rules or the law require it.

Earlier web subscriptions

A subscription bought earlier on izeeva.app continues on the terms it was bought under until it is cancelled; email us to cancel it.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: attempting to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it; using it for unlawful purposes; reselling access; or submitting content you have no right to submit.

The Service, its branding, and its software are owned by izeeva. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a licence to process it to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, izeeva is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time, and delete your account in the app (Profile, then Delete my account), which removes it and everything it holds straight away. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law.

If you downloaded izeeva from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple or Google. We, not Apple or Google, are responsible for the app, its content, maintenance and support, and for any claims about it (including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims). Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the app; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo and are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

We may update these Terms, for example when the Service or the law changes. We will post the new version here with an updated date, and tell you in the app or by email before a change that matters takes effect. Changes do not apply to a subscription period you have already paid for. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account; continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
